не ну верно в принципе, ибо надо подтверждать всегда акк, хорошая мера, от воровства денег

Не, ну подтверждать то везде надо, но обычно в кассе все равно все методы отображаются, а тут только доступные получается.

на старзах, нельзя без депа. там точно так же. допустим я депил с вебмани там. мне предлагали методы только банковский счет и вебмани
